First, can I just say how much I LOVE winter weddings?! So magical! And Jen and Andy’s was no exception. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting. The already stunning atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens was fully surrounded by their annual Winter Walk of Lights.
Andy and Jen immersed their wedding with little touches of themselves. Subtle literary hints for Jen’s love of books dust the cake and seating cards. Andy’s fondness of penguins make an appearance among the winter-wonderland themed decorations, and even the cake topper: quite possibly the cutest cake topper I’ve ever seen. Those hearts on the little penguin butts?! Too cute! I am in love with the glasses Jen wore for whole ceremony and reception. And have you ever seen a bride rock braces so amazingly?
It was a little crisp outside, but you can’t help but love the rosy cheeks everyone sported as a result. Plus, there was so much warmth, laughter, and love inside this room, it was hard to notice the cold… Take a peek at the rest of this NoVa Winter Meadowlark Wedding below!
