Katie & Tony’s Wedding was one of the best I’ve been to, both as a guest and as a photographer. They’re such an amazingly loving couple with equally amazing friends and family. I had a blast every second of the day. The bride’s party were nothing but smiles and laughter even after starting with 6 am hair and makeup! Eek!

Ridiculous antics of the groom’s party (including Tony’s “best ma’am!) started with whiskey and a horse mask and progressed to a missing groomsman during photos.

Before the wedding parties headed to the church, Katie and Tony met back to back and blindfolded so they could say a prayer together before they saw each other in the aisle. The wedding ceremony took place in Katie’s family’s’ church. Before the ceremony, Katie and Tony each read letters they wrote to the other.  The ceremony was sweet and truly honouring the joining of these two people and their faith.

Then school buses (plus a party bus for the wedding party) took everyone to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club for the reception.
