ANDY AND MINK

Andy and Mink are dear friends of mine. I was in the wedding party for this one, so I got yelled at when I was caught with my camera in hand. Their beautifully unique wedding featured their shared Norwegian heritage. Andy’s father (a man who’s impossible not to fall in love with) played the accordion as they walked down the aisle. Their ceremony ended with a tradition of the newly-wed jumping over a broomstick. And the wedding toast was was done with glasses full of the traditional honey mead.

The ceremony and reception took place at the Stonehurst countryhome estate. The surrounding New England autumn trees perfectly matched Andy and Mink’s harvest-themed colours. They took advantage of their many talented friends in hiring as vendors wherever possible. They even had a friend hand-forge their stunning wedding rings.
